Rakesh Arora is a registered CS with BAR Council of India, Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Rakesh has vast experience in Corporate and transactional matters including litigation.

Rakesh Arora is the founder and managing partner of the Firm. His focus areas are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice, private equity, and Corporate & Commercial litigation.

Having spent over a decade in the legal profession with the leading corporate law firms and Merchant Banking Firms in India, Rakesh has a client portfolio that is both diverse and all-encompassing. Rakesh has extensive experience in various sectors and advises clients in all aspects of a transaction, litigations, corporate restructuring. Rakesh is a specialist in transactional documentation and general corporate advisory and has handled numerous matters for clients of the Firm.

In the past, he has assisted several operational and financial creditors in formulating legal strategies, drafting & filing of insolvency applications as well as representing a diverse set of clients with the NCLT and NCLAT. He has been actively involved in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of listed and unlisted Corporate Debtors in coordination with Insolvency Professionals, COC, and other creditors.
